About Me
For over a decade, I’ve been at the forefront of impact-driven entrepreneurship, reshaping how businesses grow, innovate, and create meaningful change. I co-founded and scaled three purpose-led enterprises that challenged conventional thinking—each focused on redefining the future of work, fostering innovation, and unlocking human potential.
As part of the founding team at Impact Hub Mexico City, I helped lay the foundation for one of the country’s first collaborative spaces for social entrepreneurship—bringing together the core elements that allowed us to fundraise and transition to a dedicated operating team. This experience reinforced my belief that scaling isn’t just about growth—it’s about creating the right conditions for impact to thrive.
At Cirklo, a pioneering B Corp in Latin America, I led innovation programs that helped multinational companies design socially responsible, future-ready strategies. We weren’t just introducing innovation—we were reshaping how corporations engage with social impact, embedding it into their core business models. As we scaled into a 27-person team, we redefined how changemakers in Mexico collaborate within large ecosystems, proving that purpose and profit can—and should—go hand in hand.
At Fuckup Nights, I played a key role in transforming it from a grassroots NGO into a global movement, reframing failure as a catalyst for growth. As we expanded into 300+ cities worldwide, I built the operating system that scaled private corporate events from 2 to 18 per month, helping clients turn vulnerability into a strategic advantage. This experience solidified my belief that organizations thrive when they embrace bold experimentation, rethink conventional wisdom, and lead with authenticity.
The Art of the Turnaround
I’m proud of the businesses I’ve co-founded—not because they were perfect, but because they taught me a lot. They gave me firsthand experience in what works, what doesn’t, and how to navigate the messy, unpredictable nature of building something meaningful. But over time, I realized that there are bigger pictures than the ones that first inspired me—and that’s what excites me most now.
Impact isn’t just about one venture, one idea, or one movement. It’s about weaving together the visions of many—helping leaders turn complexity into clarity, uncertainty into momentum, and bold ideas into something real. That’s where I want to be—working alongside the people shaping the future, wherever that might take us.
Maybe it’s in my DNA. My father was known as the “Turnaround Kid” for his ability to revive struggling business units, and I was fascinated by the before-and-after moments—the way something seemingly on the brink could be skillfully recalibrated and set on a completely new trajectory. It meant moving around a lot as a kid, but it also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the grit, perspective shifts, and strategic moves that turn a situation around.
Today, I carry that same spirit into my work. I know what it’s like to feel the pressure of navigating uncertainty as a founder, to bet on the long game, to push through dry patches when momentum seems stalled. And I know the magic of a team realizing they are in control of their growth—when the right adjustments unlock something bigger than they thought possible.
That’s what drives me. Not just helping companies scale, but helping leaders regain their sense of control, confidence, and clarity in the process. Because when that shift happens, growth isn’t just inevitable—it’s intentional.
How I Work
Scaling a company isn’t just about growth—it’s about growing with intention. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. Every company is different, shaped by its leadership, culture, and vision.
My work focuses on →
🔹 Rethinking Growth – Helping companies scale without losing agility or purpose
🔹 Challenging Assumptions – Designing strategies that break patterns and redefine industries
🔹 Bridging Innovation & Execution – Ensuring great ideas don’t just stay ideas, but turn into sustainable models
I work with founders and leadership teams at those messy, in-between moments—when things are shifting, and the next move isn’t obvious. Whether it’s reworking a business model, scaling without losing the soul of the company, or building a team that actually thrives together, I help make sense of the chaos.
But my work isn’t just about strategy—it’s about people. The best ideas surface around whiteboards, over long meals, or in those unexpected conversations that change everything. I love creating the space for those moments to happen.
